It is an internal process and is a focussed application of Thai-Chi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt; &lt;p  style="font-family:arial;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;Whereas Thi Chi promotes the flow and distribution of chi, Chi Kung movements and exercises are shorter, simpler and practiced with greater repetitions rather than the usual 24, or 108 posture forms.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:Arial;font-size:100%;"  &gt;The challenge comes from coordinating these with the correct way of breathing.  When this is achieved, the body's Chi is circulated far more  efficiently than would normally be the case.
